He graduated with a degree in Automotive Engineering in his native New Zealand in 1977. In order to validate his knowledge and experience in the USA, he became certified by the National Institute for Automotive Service Excellence ASE, as Master Technician in all phases of automotive repair.

His 28 years of experience have not been limited to repairing cars only, his passion for Rally Racing bought him to North America where he has been Crew Chief for some of the top Rally Teams. Winning several National Championships, Paul is one of the most experienced mechanics in the sport.
