Not sure Charged me what the dealershop would charge, and left a part out. Told ke to go to the dealership to figure out if that psrt was needed. So, something doesn't seem quite right. I will change my review based on what the dealership tells me, since the service was a bit of an emergency.

Willie was extremely informative, helpful and professional. I went to Wilton Tire and Auto for the first time last week and could not be happier with the result. The staff was very friendly and knowledgeable about services I needed. While I was waiting outside to get my car, I was even thanked for coming by. On top of that they have a shuttle service in case you don't want to wait until your car is ready. This was a very family friendly environment one I would recommend to anyone. Very good experience.

Fast friendly and fair. I'm not local, but decide to try Mikes station as they are on my commute. Had a particularly tough wheel balance issue on my truck and Mike worked it, getting a specialized wheel adapter, until it was perfect. Would not accept payment until I drove a few days to ensure it was right! Have used them ever since for my and my wife's vehicles, and even bought my boat trailer (with boat loaded) for 4 wheel brake work!
Great service, nice folks, free shuttle to work, and pretty good coffee. Highly recommended.

New Sllverado Tires Great experience. Mike worked with me on acquiring a new model tire from Cooper for my Silverado. As soon as information was available he forwarded it to me. This before the tire was available to purchase. As I liked what I read about this new tire I did purchase a new set of 4 for my truck. Great! I've been using Wilton Auto and Tire for a decade and have consistently been pleased by the high level of responsiveness, service, input, and delivery. Turnaround times are fast and sometimes faster than what is quoted. Price quotes come in as budgeted. On several occasions I've been talked out of repairs. I also love the fast and easy driving service to/from home when the car needs to be in the shop. All in all, Wilton Auto and Tire is a great example of what a community auto business should. like an old-fashioned family gas station my wife had a flat tire and had to take a trip. wilton gas station sent someone up with some air, filled the tire and followed us down to the station. 20 minutes later, she was on the road. the next morning, and this was during the holidays, i ordered 4 new tires. they were on her car, balanced and aligned within two hours. i always make a point of buying my gas for both our cars at wilton auto. they're the best.

Complex and involved work done right Has leaky valve covers, gaskets, crankcase breather and spark plugs replaced in my 2006 BMW 750Li along with rear rotors and pads. This sounds like simple work but is not the way BMW designed the car for performance. They were expert at troubleshooting and the work was done right. Cost hundreds less than the BMW dealer and their mechanic had specialized certification from BMW at local dealer. Strongly recommend for all work.

Excellent Work and Customer Service I have been bringing my 1999 car to Mike and his team since I bought it - the car has 247k miles on it - and it's running great. I'm hoping to get another 100k out of it (at least!). In fact, there hasn't been one issue that the team hasn't been able to fix and, just as importantly, the prices are reasonable. The team's done a great job letting me know what definitely needs to be done and what services can wait til next time or later in the year. My overall experience has been excellent through the years. I make my way down to the shop from Fairfield b/c, to me, it's worth the trip - it's not easy to find someone you can trust in this business and Mike and the team are great!

Like Clockwork, Don and Ben and the WATC crew handled an emergency situation like pros. Courtesy car - no issue. Repair completed in one day under estimate. No reason to go anywhere else.

These guys are great - honest, no-stress, no-pressure. They do what they say and explain it as much or as little as you like. The new location is a pleasure to visit, and there's always coffee, water, and wi-fi as you wait. Only suggestion I would make would be to bring in some bagels or donuts or a vending machine or something - it's not like there's a diner within walking distance! Haha.

General Service I was very impressed with Don Kirk, the General Manager, and the professionalism of the operation overall.
I came in with a loud noise that had just developed in my Camry, made an appointment and came back a couple of days later (on a Friday before the snow storm) with a list of half a dozen things I'd been waiting to have addressed. That afternoon he emailed me a general service checklist on things they checked out that was helpful and impressive.
Don called the following Monday with a detailed estimate of what each item would require to be fixed. We talked through each problem and solution which was very helpful. They identified a potential wheel bearing problem that could have been dangerous if not fixed. He found a way to save me money on fixing the muffler noise which I appreciated. I also had a $50 coupon I could use.
He said the car would be ready Wednesday and it was. The bill was just as he had explained. The bill looked very professional and contained lots of specific information. The car (which had been through the 13" snow storm) looked great like it had been washed and probably had been. The attendant who processed the bill was friendly and efficient as was the man who drove me back and forth to home on my visits (which was muchly appreciated).
Overall, Don and the entire operation were very impressive. Don, who is a very friendly and knowledgeable person, was especially helpful.

Wison Auto and Tire Center Five-star service. Fixing flats on Sundays. Changing tires at 9pm on a weekday. Over the years they have never failed to deliver spectacular service at an excellent price. As a physician I need the reliability that Wilson Auto and Tire Center delivers.

Fantastic Service Experience My car is 22 years old and has hit the point where parts are hard to find and timely repairs can be a challenge. The latest issue was an inoperative passenger window, which was most likely due to a failure of the electric motor and/or gears/etc. Don was very flexible and accommodating, setting up a diagnostic appointment with the option of leaving the car for repairs if the parts could be obtained quickly, or letting me pick it up and bring it back once the parts came in. The latter turned out to be the course of action because Ford had to dig the parts out of their archives in Kansas.
They showed me the old parts and it was clear to me why both the motor and regulator needed to be replaced. More costly, but the right decision. Window works good as new now. Complimentary rides to and from my home by friendly employees made the whole process easy. Everyone was a pleasure to deal with. Satisfied customer.
