Oil change
My only issue was that I use Castrol oil and they did not carry. Now I must complement them for ordering my oil request and rescheduling to accommodate my schedule. The work performed was without surprises and done correctly.

Quick repair, 90% of items done
As always, we appreciate the transportation service to and from Payne's. I had asked for the radiator hoses to be replaced and for the radiator to be flushed- this was not done and I guess what bothered me was, no explanation was given as to why not - Review by DemandForce.comFeedback from Shop Owner:
The services in question were not performed as they were not considered necessary at this time based on the inspection and evaluation of the cooling system. This decision was not communicated properly to the customer and we appreciate him bringing this point to our attention so we can improve our communications. | |

Recent Visit
I have been a long time customer of Payne's Automotive (20+) years and during that time their service has always been first rate. Their prices have been reasonable, their explanation of what was needed and why was both helpful and appreciated, and lastly, their followup made me feel like they wanted me to be a satisfied customer. Brought vehicle in to correct recuring problem
I am a long time customer of Payne's Automotive. On this visit I brought my vehicle in because I took my car to a place to get tires installed (two blocks from my house) and they did a poor job. After two follow up visits to correct the problem, they admitted they did not have anyone at the store who could operate the machine needed to fix the problem. I came to Payne's to get the job done right. It was. Lesson learned. | |

State Inspection Sticker

Very prompt and courteous
Everyone was very professional and courteous. I dropped my car off (for a state inspection) and went to lunch. While I was at lunch they called and it was ready. When I put my registration sticker on the day before I put it on crooked. It was really bugging me. When I picked up my car both stickers were straight. They went out of their way to fix my registration sticker when they put my inspection sticker on. I was impressed! | |

I had another pleasant experience in getting my car serviced, they were quick, efficient, let me know what was going on the whole time, offered me a ride to and from work if needed, which this time I did not have to accept. And, the overall bill was less than I expected, they searched for all types of discounts for me. Another great experience in getting my car serviced. There really is no reason to not go to Payne's to get a car serviced. | |

I am always greated with a warm welcome and a friendly smile. This last visit for my oil change, my milage was noted incorrectly though. It was marked 145,000.00 and the actual milage was 199,991 other than that the service I get with Paynes is top notch!!! | |

The Fastest & Cheapest Mechanics Around!! Also With Great Quality
Went in because my check engine light was on and needed my sticker renewed. In moments they found the problem and soon after that they had it fixed and running for me.
