Fixed my heat quickly! They fixed my car and got me in quickly only took one night :) They even let you borrow one of their cars while yours is getting fixed. Always answer your calls/ get back to your very fast. Took the time to educate me on what was wrong with my car. Very nice :)

typical great job I just had some work done on the running gear of my 12 year old truck, and it is now driving like it did new. A great job, on time, and on estimate. Eagle is where I take all my vehicles (newer and older, truck, SUVs and cars) for maintenance and repairs of all types. Rich and his crew at Eagle are real pros, they know what they are doing and they are real square shooters. I recommend them to anyone who asks me about mechanics.

New loyal customer...Eagle Auto is the best I've found. I'm new die-hard Eagle Auto customer. I had a very good mechanic that I was using for years and tried Eagle Auto on the reccomendation of a friend. There service, rates, workmanship and warranties are the best around. Richard and Jeremy are super knowledgable and accomodating; not to mention, just all around nice guys. They keep great records and "shoot-straight".
Eagle Auto has performed extensive service on my truck and wife's car. We have no complaints.

Excellent!!! Eagle Automotive has been servicing mine and my husband's vehicles for some time now and we could not be more pleased with the service we receive. We have regular oil changes and at times repair work done. Each time our vehicles are in, Richard performs a complete inspection of all systems and provides a report with recommendations and details to let us know what may need attention. Never have been disappointed. If our vehicles need service, there is only one place we will take it to and that's Eagle Automotive!

Very Friendly, Fast Service, Great Price My car's power steering died so I decided to go EA based on a recommendation from a friend. Right away when I walked in Rich was extremely friendly and helpful and once they figured out what was wrong with my car they shifted a few things around in the schedule in order to get my car fixed right that day so I could have it for the weekend. The guys got it done super quick and I couldn't be more happy!

Great place! We take all three of our vehicles here for the customer service and quality of work. We had truck engine problems while out of state. Called back to the service garage for help and understanding if the vehicle was safe to drive or not. They ordered the part in before we got back to Plover and had already set up an appointment for it to be serviced when we returned. Great customer service at the shop or on the phone. These folks treat customers with great respect and want you to be a part of their family business and get to you know and what you do with your vehicles so they are serviced correctly for the wear and tear you put on your vehicle.

When I brought my vehicle in, I was asked several questions about the problem I was experiencing. In a few minutes, Rich had a better understanding of what may be the problem. He diagnosed the problem, checked different places for the part needed and kept me informed at all times of what was occurring. What seemed to be a very short time, I was called at home and told my vehicle was ready to be picked up. I was very happy with the work that was done and glad that Eagle was so thorough. I would recommend Eagle Automotive to anyone who needs work done on their vehicle. I was treated as though I was the only one that mattered. But I know, everyone that goes to Eagle matters just as much.

I am happy with how I was treated as well as how my vehicle was treated at Eagle Automotive. My vehicle was correctly diagnosed the first time and everything was explained to me to aid me in making a decision about the needed repairs. I was treated with respect and was presented with options on the repairs. Eagle researched the parts I needed and looked for the best deal for me. I really appreciated the time and effort they put into that. I will return to Eagle for my automotive repair needs and won't hesitate to recommend them to anyone who has a problem with their vehicle.

I was very please with the professionalism with which I was treated. When I called on a Saturday afternoon, the technician tried his best to diagnose the problem over the phone and when it was determined that the problem couldn't be fixed without having the car towed he arranged to have it towed right away. The tow truck was on time, or a bit early. The called me Monday am and explained the problem and the cost and told me it would be repaired later that day. Not only did they complete the repair on time, it even came in a few dollars under what they had told me. I was very impressed with the service and will not hesitate to have them do other repairs for me. Very pleased.

Always take the time to time to listen to the symptoms-- end result, done right! Rich always has taken the time to listen to the symptoms my vehicle is having without making me feel dumb. Knowing that he takes the time to hear what is said and talks through possible problems when my vehicle isn't even there is reassuring. This past service was no exception, and although the initial trip it was discussed to do a more thorough repair, he didn't push it when we worried about money. Honesty is a very good trait in a mechanic!

I had a problem with my power steering unit losing fluid almost as fast as I poured it in. I called Eagle and explained what was happening and was told to bring it in and they would see if they could get in it to look at it between appointments. I dropped it off around 9 AM and was given a loaner vehicle to use. At around 1:45 PM, I returned to Eagle to drop off the loaner because I now had access to a friend's vehicle. However, I found my vehicle had been repaired and I just hadn't been called yet. They found the return hose on the power
steering unit had burst. They replaced it and found nothing else (besides a stuck speedometer) wrong wth the vehicle. They did a fast job correctly and the car drove great.

Outstanding as always! Rich and Jeremy always tell me what I need to know and do - as well as when and why. This time in, I asked Jeremy to do a little quick body work to patch up a little fender bender (that left my fender falling off!). He made it look almost like it never happened. Awesome service and quality work Rich and Jeremy always do an excellent job servicing my vehicles. They are friendly, helpful, knowledgeable, and do the right repairs the first time - not try to take you for parts you do not need. I would recommend them to anyone as it is nice to finally have a pair of expert mechanics that are honest working on my vehicles. Prices are also reasonable and definitely better than those of an auto dealership. Great to have them close by in Plover.

Real recommendations The guys at Eagle do a great job explaining what has to be done and give you a heads up of items you may want to consider. Unlike a lot of places they don't just dump you with the manufacturer recommendations, but actually look at the condition of your car and tell you what you really need.

Rich was great when our Sebring needed a new muffler. We had a loaner car, but probably wouldn't have needed it, because the repair was done in about 1 hour. And the price quoted was the amount charged.

Concerned for my personal safety as well as attention to detail in replacing the brake kines and van Rich Levin the owner of eagle automotive as been consistently good in repairing my van. My brake light on and my brake pedal would move all the way to the floor. I had braking failure.He is prompt at analyzing the problem or any car issues I've had. In this most recent episode he had me leave my car and said he'd fit in in that day which was truthfully unexpected but not surprising at the same time from Rich and Eagle. He didn't want me driving the van the way it was because of safety for myself and others . I believe it was my brake line that rusted out causing the problem. I went for a long walk and picked up some stuff (some mouse traps too)and by the time I had gotten back the van was done. I believe I was charged fairly and I felt treated well. Rich is articulate in explaining what he did, showed me the rusty beaten up line he replaced. His mechanic is pleasant,skilled and helpful to. Rich takes the time to explain what the van may need in the future. He is not pushy with this. He wants to educate me and other about their vehicle maintenance. He does the work as needed to keep my van going. I watched him with a young man discussing the maintenance of the guys car,what he did and what may be needed later. He know my goal is to get 200-300 thousand miles on this van. I have over 150,000 now.. Although the van is starting to rust that's okay as long it is in meticulously maintained by Eagle. We have a good relationship. I truly don't shop around for a better deal because I know for my need he's the best. I don't believe one would be disappointed with their future experience with Eagle and Rich. They are skilled,fair,kind , courteous and . delive to me a consistent service. as I believe they will to you.. Yes i would have friends and family go there.. Enjoy your experience there. I am picky and expect a lot and Rich and Eagle deliver time and time again

For fifteen years, I've been having my vehicles routinely maintained near where I work. Although I always gave them the owners manual maintenance checklist for the appropriate mileage interval, I never got a report of exactly which things were actually checked and which may not have been. I trusted them, but now that I've retired and in Plover I needed a closer place. Rich and his staff checked things AND gave a full written report back to me. Never got that before. They are very thorough, even finding a left license plate bulb that was burned and questioning whether my "streaky" wipers might not need replacing. As I said very thorough and went way beyond my expectations as well as my experience with other shops. Thanks.

Took care of my problems. I had brake problems and suspension problems. Brakes pulsated and suspension became mushy. The people at Eagle Automotive did a complete brake job on all four wheels, and installed new struts and shocks. What a difference! No more pulsating brakes, and now I can drive through a driveway without my suspension bottoming out. Rich also did a very good job of explaining my problems. I would recommend him to to others!

Richard has been simply the best person to work with. Whether he is taking care of my vehicles, my family's or my friends that I recommend he does a great job. Never upsells and tells me what I need and what can wait "Driver Comfort" is the term he uses. My daughter had warranty work done at a dealership and the vehicle had all sorts of problems after. Richard figured out that the dealership had not done the repair correctly and fixed it without charging her. Certainly not charging for work is unusual but I know that I get the best bang for my buck and know he backs his work. I go nowhere else.

Very good work for a reasonable price I have been there a few times and every time they did a Great Job getting my 1997 Chevrolet on the road again.
They always try to fit you in and they get the work done in a timely manner.
The last time I was there they tried to resolve a Engine Stalling Issue that they could not reproduce in shop.
They worked on it all day, but did not charge me anything since they were not able to have it fail as it did for me.
That was a nice surprise and appreciated it a lot.
The old truck is gone now, but I will for sure take my newer 2003 Chevrolet there for service!

Honest and Good Work The overall work done was great. Rich explained why he wanted to repair what he did. I didn't feel like he was trying to take my money but was looking out for my best interest. The ONLY downfall was I wish I would have been contacted more by them in regards to the timeline. They were always friendly when I called asking for an update (two days after when they said they would call me), but I shouldn't need to call for an update when they say they are going to call me. Great work, very up front. Will go back.

The Labor Day weekend threw me and the schedule off and I just flat fell behind on my updating folks.
