Jesse, Eric and Tom are great mechanics. They will examine your car and get to the problem and will let you know what is the most important thing to get fixed first if there is more than one thing that needs to be fixed. We do have such equipment and we did "sniff" for a leak. When you can't find a leak with a sniffer, the leak is sometimes an evaporator inside the dash. The dye is a way of making sure we have a second chance at finding an external leak. Many times freon will leak from a component or seal only at certain temperatures (expanding/contracting) and will not be present. We did an exhaustive check and returned your vehicle knowing you would let us know if the a/c was not cooling properly at a later date. Many times we need to work together with customers to have their vehicles fixed properly and to not just throw parts on it for no reason. | |

First off, your employee told me to drop off Sunday night so you could get to it "right away." I asked if they would be open, since Monday was labor day. They stated "yes" so I dropped it off Sunday night. Come to find out you were closed. So I had to take a day off work to have my oil changed and get a state inspection. Failed your inspection. Took it down the road and passed inspection 20 minutes later. You failed me so you could make some money off me.
