I am very pleased to use Meyerland Service Station. They are extreme;y helpful to me, I use their service often and Rick White is so very helpful to me as well as his staff. I will reccomend them as much as can. I am glad they are available to me.

The person scheduling the appointment was knowledgeable and friendly. Since I only have one car and live in the neighborhood I was given a ride home and back when my car was finished. I have confidence every time my car is repaired that the repair is complete and it is checked out for other potential causes for break downs. | |

The people at the Meyerland Service Station are trying very hard to deliver great service. I went to change my oil there, but an engine light was also on. They changed my oil and made a diagnosis of the engine and repaired that problem too. Meyerland Service Station is a true find! After being referred here by a close friend's family, I took my SUV in for a new ac condenser. From the beginning, Moe was attentive and quick to respond. These guys are great. I have an older model Ford Van (2001). The owner Rick has managed to keep me rolling to over 265,000 miles with regular maintenance check ups. I bring my vehicle in for oil change and a full mechanical check-up about 3 times per year. Moe, the Service Manager, looks everything over and give me a clear explanation of any needed repairs. If I can afford it I have them do everything at that time. If there is more than I can do at the time, Moe helps me sort out the items most concerned with my safety and we do those first then I schedule a come back visits for later. I figure they saved me over $200 and about 4 hours of my time. The work was fast, the owner was extremely nice seemed reluctant to have to quote a price that was well over $100. Efficient service. I have never had any problems with the work they have done with routine maintenance. Below average waiting area. Costs of services are not posted. Mostly indifferent employees. When I stepped into the gas station I asked how much the oil changes were and I was told $39. During my oil change they tried to tell me something was wrong with my axels (which were repaired recently) and it would cost me $250 per axel if they fixed it. Then when I was ready to pay my bill was $54!!! They slapped me with a $10 labor fee. I've never encountered that before! Once I've been told the price of the oil change that's what it is.
